The evaluation of tenders will be based on mandatory criteria such as ability to satisfy business requirements, compliance with policies and legislation, financial stability, and prequalification as an advanced supplier on the ICT Services Scheme. General criteria include capability, financial capacity, compliance, methodology, organizational capacity, experience, price, risk management, and terms and conditions. The general evaluation criteria for this RFP that relate to price will account for 30% of the total evaluation score, and the criteria that do not relate to price will account for 70%.
Tenderers must be registered on the NSW Government ICT Services Scheme (****) as an advanced supplier in category M02 Custom Application Development including Delivery as a Service prior to the close of the RFT.
