Central Coast Council is seeking tenders for drainage and irrigation works at Terry Oval, Springfield. The project aims to improve field performance, turf health, and year-round usability. Payment will be made against correctly rendered invoices in accordance with council requirements, including the correct purchase order number and ATO tax invoice requirements. The fee structure is a combined lump sum and schedule of rates, which are fixed and not subject to escalation.
Tenders will be evaluated on mandatory criteria including Work Health and Safety, Quality Management, and Environmental Management systems. Weighted criteria include organisation experience, key personnel experience, works methodology, sustainability, and price.
Tenderers must demonstrate operation of a Work Health and Safety Management System, a Quality Management System, and an Environmental Management System. Experience and capability on recent works of a similar scale, complexity, and nature in the last 5 years are also required.

Any tender that does not comply with all mandatory criteria may be eliminated. Tenders that do not address each weighted criterion and provide specified information may also be eliminated.
