Sewer Pumping Tenders

Tenders close on Friday, 12th June 2026 at 5pm.

Contractors can submit payment claims monthly. Payment is to be made within 15 business days after the date the contractor's payment claim was submitted.

The contract includes a post-completion period of 12 calendar weeks, during which defects may need to be made good.

Tenders will be evaluated based on price, delivery time, quality offered, previous performance, experience, capability, safety performance, environmental performance, conformity, and the assessed value of qualifications and departures.

Tenderers must be suitably qualified contractors and registered with Supplier Hub, NSW Vendor Panel. They must also be a recognised, acceptable legal entity and registered for GST.

The contract outlines provisions for termination by the principal for substantial breach, including failing to carry out instructions or not progressing works at a reasonable rate. The principal may also terminate for convenience.

A mandatory on-site meeting will be conducted at 11am on Thursday, 28th May 2026, where the pump wet-well will be emptied to allow inspection and questions.

Disputes must be notified in writing within 20 business days after the act or omission giving rise to the dispute.

Tenders that do not comply with any requirement of the RFT documents, or that contain conditions or qualifications, may be passed over. The principal is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender.

Tenders must be submitted by 10:00 am on 08 July 2026. enders must be submitted at vendorpanel by no later than 10:00 am on 08 july 2026

Supplier queries must be submitted by 09:00 pm on 08 July 2026. supplier query cutoff wednesday 08 july 2026 09: 00 pm e. south america standard time

The time for completion is 6 calendar weeks after the date of award of contract.

The contractor may submit payment claims monthly. Payment by the principal is to be made within 15 business days after the date the contractors payment claim was submitted.

The principal may take into consideration factors including, but not limited to price, delivery time, quality offered, previous performance, experience, capability, safety performance, environmental performance, conformity, and the assessed value of qualifications and departures.

Contractors are required to be registered with Supplier Hub, NSW Vendor Panel. Tenderers must be registered for GST.

A mandatory on-site meeting will be conducted onsite at 11am Thursday 28th May 2026. At this meeting the pump wet-well will be emptied which will allow tenderers to inspect the existing pump station and ask any questions.

If a party is dissatisfied with an act or omission of the other party in connection with the contract then, within 20 business days after the act or omission, the dissatisfied party is to notify the other party in writing of a dispute.

Tenders which do not comply with any requirement of the RFT documents, or which contain conditions or qualifications, may be passed over.
