The timetable is indicative and may be amended. Questions regarding the tender must be submitted via the VendorPanel tender forum by 2:00 PM on 22 May 2026. A contact officer is available for general verbal enquiries only. Council reserves the right to amend the invitation to tender by issuing addenda. Tenderers must acknowledge receipt of each addendum. Prices tendered shall be in Australian currency and excluding GST. Tenders must be kept open for acceptance for 90 days from the tender closing time. There will not be a public opening of tenders. Evaluation will be based on mandatory criteria and qualitative criteria including corporate and financial capacity, availability, WHS responsibilities, local content, and price/value for money. Council may make enquiries of referees and others to ascertain suitability. Council reserves the right to omit items from the services. All tenders submitted become the property of the council. Tenderers must keep confidential all information about the tender process. A binding contract is formed when council confirms acceptance of the tender on agreed commercial terms. Council is under no obligation to accept the lowest or any tender. The tenderer warrants that it has carried out all relevant investigations and is able to commence services as required. A conforming tender must comply with all conditions of tender, evaluation criteria, technical specifications, performance requirements, and be complete. Alternative tenders may be submitted in addition to a conforming tender. Tenderers must complete and sign the statutory declaration of non-collusive tender declaration. Any actual or perceived conflict of interest must be clearly identified. All costs of tendering are at the tenderer's risk. Tenderers must comply with the Information Privacy Act **** QLD. Information provided by the tenderer is potentially subject to disclosure under the RTI Act. Council is not obliged to negotiate or sign a contract with any tenderer. The invitation to tender is governed by the laws of Queensland.
The tender closing time is 2:00 PM on Monday, 1 June 2026. Tenders must be received no later than this time or date.
In submitting a tender, the tenderer warrants that it has carried out all relevant investigations and is able to commence the services as required by council.
Tenders will be assessed according to qualitative evaluation criteria with weightings: Corporate and financial capacity (20%), Availability (20%), WHS responsibilities (10%), Local content (20%), and Price/Value for money (30%).
Tenderers must meet mandatory criteria including the provision of a completed and signed form of tender and completed assessable tender schedules.
Supplier queries must be submitted by Monday, 25 May 2026, 01:00 AM E. South America Standard Time.
Any tenderer found to have offered a bribe, gratuity, bonus, discount of any sort or enticement to any councillor or employee of council will have their tender rejected. Any tenderer who discusses the tender with any councillor or employee of council (except the contact persons) prior to awarding the contract may have their tender rejected.
