Tender closes Friday 17 July 2026 at 4:00 PM. Delivery must take place prior to the key supply dates, with a minimum 95% compliance with agreed delivery timeframes.
Payments are to be made within 30 days of the last day of the month in which the invoice is received, as per Schedule 1.
All goods and associated services must be provided with a minimum twelve (12) month warranty covering fitness for purpose, merchantability, and compliance with specifications. This includes all transport costs for warranty work.
The evaluation criteria are: Price (30%), Suitability and fit for purpose (55%), Local business development (5%), and Availability and delivery timeframe (10%).
Suppliers must complete mandatory returnable workbooks including compliance, supplier information, specification, pricing, and technical data. No formal quality assurance accreditation is required, but performance will be monitored against KPIs.
Liquidated damages may apply to key supply dates, but the council's right to claim general law damages is preserved.

Failure to comply with contract terms, including providing false or misleading statutory declarations, or an unacceptable risk of harm to persons or the environment, may lead to termination.
