This is a public tender for the external painting of the Mount Morgan School of Arts and Library heritage buildings. The tenderer warrants that it has carried out all relevant investigations and has examined and acquainted itself with the tender documents and all information relevant to the risks, contingencies, and circumstances that could affect the tender.
Tenders will be evaluated based on corporate capacity, project experience, construction program and plans, environment sustainability and innovation, contractor local content, local preference, and price.
Tenderers must meet mandatory requirements including the provision of a completed and signed form of tender, completed tender schedules 1-10, and satisfaction of clause 6. 1. 2. Any tenderer found to have offered a bribe, gratuity, bonus, discount of any sort or enticement to any councillor or employee of council will have its tender rejected. A tenderer who discusses the tender with any councillor or employee of council (with the exception of the contact persons) prior to the awarding of the contract may have its tender rejected. A tenderer whose representatives, employees, agents or related entities take part in any conduct which reflects negatively upon or adversely affects council, may have its tender rejected.
