Failure to attend a mandatory briefing session (if specified), failing to complete and upload the required response schedule, or engaging in canvassing or anticompetitive conduct may lead to disqualification. if a tenderer fails to attend a mandatory briefing session, the city may, unless there are extenuating circumstances, may disqualify the tenderer from further participating in the process.

Council will pay for the goods or services no later than 30 days from the end of the month after councils acceptance of the goods or the satisfactory provision of the services and receipt of a correctly rendered invoice.

The supplier acknowledges and warrants that all work shall be performed in the best and workmanlike manner and acknowledges that council entered into this contract relying on the particular skill, competence, experience and ability of the supplier to provide the goods and services.

Contractors must be suitably qualified and experienced in pool structure inspection, leak detection, and repair works within aquatic facilities. Personnel must hold appropriate licences and certifications relevant to the works being undertaken.
