The offeror warrants that their responses to the ethical supplier threshold criteria are true and correct and will promptly notify the client of any changes. If awarded a contract, the offeror will comply with the requirements of clauses 20 and 39 of the special conditions of contract.
Quotes will be assessed based on compliance with mandatory requirements, non-price evaluation criteria (program methodology, resources, capability and capacity, advancing government priorities), and price evaluation.
Suppliers must comply with Queensland Government's ethical supplier threshold, Queensland Government Supplier Code of Conduct, Department of Education Supplier Code of Conduct, active Queensland Government issued public health directions, and be able to work on Department of Education facilities. They must also hold specific insurance types: Workers Compensation, Public Liability (minimum $10 million), and Professional Indemnity (minimum $2 million).
