Airport Bus Tenders

The tender will be assessed on the following basis: criteria as a points allocated business offering 60 points management agreement costs 25 points as per procurement local content policy declaration of actual, potential or perceived conflicts of interest mandatory

Tenderers must provide evidence of food safety supervisor qualification for each individual overseeing the premises, and the manager must hold or be able to obtain the necessary liquor licence.

Tenderers are required to provide: sample menu outlining the proposed food and beverage offering indicative pricing for menu items and details of any locally sourced or regionally produced products proposed to be offered

Failure to declare any personal business arrangement with anyone involved with council may result in immediate disqualification from the tender process.

The closing date for submissions is 10 september 2026 2pm wst.

The operator shall pay: license fees. airport concession fees if applicable. utility charges where applicable.

Proposals will be evaluated against criteria including relevant experience and capability 10 airport car rental operations similar concession operations relevant industry experience client references service delivery and operating model 20.

Respondents must be suitably qualified and experienced vehicle rental operators.

A site inspection is available by appointment.

A submission will be rejected if it is not submited before the deadline or it is not submited at the place specified in the request for proposal.
