The proposed contract period is 3 years from date of contract commencement with two option periods of 12 months each in duration.

The NIAA will assess value for money by evaluating tenders against criteria such as proposed approach, experience, capacity, and total cost to niaa.

Tenderers must hold all valid and satisfactory statements of tax record required for its entity type.

Tenders may be excluded if the tenderer does not meet any one or more of the conditions for participation.

The council will consider criteria including completion of the form of quote and price, compliance, proposed methodology, warranties, local economic benefit, demonstrated experience, certifications, and WHS compliance. In assessing quotes, the council will have regard to, but not necessarily be limited to, the following criteria not listed in any order of priority:

Enquiries must be made in writing at least three business days prior to the closing date. any enquiries or requests for information or clarification regarding this rfq must be made in writing and addressed to the nominated contact person at least three business days prior to the closing date.

Failure to comply with WHS requirements or submitting a nonconforming quote may lead to rejection. any quote may be rejected if it does not conform with the requirements of the specificationsor this rfq.
