Programs must be delivered in Q2 (April-June) each calendar year. The contract ends on Friday, 29 June 2029. the supplier must deliver one navy way point program in q2 apriljune of each calendar year for the contract term.

Payment within 5 calendar days for e-invoices via Peppol, or 20 calendar days otherwise. the customer will pay the amount of a correctly rendered invoice to the supplier within twenty 20 calendar days after receiving it

Best value for money. the customer will evaluate all valid responses. . . to determine which potential supplier has proposed the best value for money outcome for the customer.

Suppliers must demonstrate relevant experience with minimum 2 examples of successfully delivered programs of comparable scale and complexity in the past 5 years. provide an executive summary. . . that demonstrates relevant experience including a minimum 2 examples of successfully delivered programs of comparable scale and complexity in the past 5 years.

No site inspections. unless otherwise notified by an addendum, there are no site inspections for this atm.

Injunctions under the GPJR Act must be lodged within 10 days of becoming aware of the contravention. the application for the injunction must be lodged within 10 days after the day on which the potential supplier became aware

Services not performed must not be charged and will be deducted pro rata. services that are not performed must not be charged by the contractor and if they are charged the principal will not be liable to pay, and will deduct from the invoice, the value of the services
