In evaluating responses, the principal may take into consideration the following evaluation criteria: the respondents compliance with the minimum requirements outlined at clause 3. 2, the level of conformance of the respondents submission, total cost of the works, non-price evaluation criteria, including the respondents demonstrated experience and capability delivering similar services in similar environments.

Respondents must hold the appropriate licences and insurances, and demonstrate experience providing similar services to at least one client with a portfolio of properties of similar scale and/or contract value as that required by the principal.

Respondents assessed as not meeting the eligibility requirements may be set aside from further consideration. Late responses will not be accepted, except where the response is late due to mishandling by the principal or where the principal determines that the reason for the late submission was substantially out of the respondents control.
