Tenders must be received no later than 2:00 PM on Wednesday, 24 June 2026.

A bank guarantee of six months' rent will be required. The tenderer will be responsible for payment of all rates and charges levied on the premises.

CQUniversity will evaluate EOI submissions on the basis of best value.
