The tenderers offer will be evaluated against mandatory criteria (insurance compliance, modern slavery compliance, supplier code of conduct compliance, previous performance/referee reports) and qualitative criteria (local content, economic and local benefits, social and ethical value, campus planning expertise, methodology, stakeholder engagement, key personnel, deliverability, innovation). jcu is not evaluating offers on the sole criterion of price. the tenderers offer will also be evaluated against the criteria set out in this section 6. 1 below

Tenderers may be disqualified if they canvas support from JCU employees, contractors, council members, or agents. Proposals are sought from suitably qualified and experienced design teams.

A failure to comply with the supplier codes of conduct constitutes a breach of this agreement, and the principal reserves the right to terminate the agreement if noncompliance is not remedied.
