Metro South Health is seeking offers for the supply, installation, and commissioning of two replacement fixed digital radiography (DR) X-ray systems for Princess Alexandra Hospital. One system is for the Emergency Department and the other for the Tuberculosis Clinic. The procurement aims to improve image quality, patient throughput, operational efficiency, and equipment reliability. Offers must be submitted by 24th August 2026. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for 11th August 2026. The evaluation criteria include full acceptance of ITO conditions, financial capability, insurance coverage (Public Liability $20M, Products Liability $20M, Professional Indemnity $10M/$20M aggregate for 7 years, Cyber Security, Errors & Omissions), confirmation of no conflicts of interest or collusion, and willingness to comply with vaccination requirements.

Offers may be rejected if not submitted before the deadline, not submitted via the specified tools, or if they fail to comply with any other ITO requirements. Engaging in collusive tendering, anti-competitive conduct, or providing false or misleading information can also lead to disqualification.
