The goods must be delivered on: Part A Loose Furniture: 27 April 2025, Part B Steel Storage: 27 April 2025, Part C System Furniture: 6 April 2025. The exact date for delivery will be confirmed with the preferred tenderer for this RFT prior to award of contract based on the practical completion date for the construction project The date for delivery.

The contract sum is payable as a single instalment. The contract sum is a fixed lump sum of post tender drafting instruction complete to show the lump sum price tendered by the successful tenderer. The contract sum does not include GST. The contract sum is not subject to escalation.

The warranty period applicable to the goods is a ten 10 years on workstations, ten 10 years on task chairs, seven 7 years on seating other than task chairs, tables and steel storage, and five 5 years for all other items from the date of the acceptance of the goods, in accordance with the contract, by the principal.

Tenders will be evaluated by combining the qualitative criteria 30, economic and social benefits statement template criterion 30, and price criterion 40 scores for each tenderer to determine value for money and the preferred tenderers if any.

The following conditions for participation apply: if the tenderer is a corporation, the tenderer must not be an externally administered body corporate as defined in section 9 of the corporations act. If the tenderer is a subsidiary of another body corporate for the purposes of the corporations act, that other body corporate must not be an externally administered body corporate as defined in section 9 of the corporations act. If the tenderer is a corporation, the tenderer must have the corporate power to enter into, and perform, a contract for the delivery of the supplies in accordance with the contract information table, the general conditions of contract and the specification. If the tenderer is an individual, the tenderer must not be an insolvent under administration as defined in section 9 of the corporations act.

A potential supplier must not inspect a site or sites relevant to the delivery of the supplies except in accordance with a site inspection site inspection arranged by the potential supplier with the contact officer.
