Products must be clinically suitable and compliant with legislative requirements and Queensland Health guidelines. The objective is to establish a statewide Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) for Queensland Health and other eligible customers to potentially reduce costs, ensure transparency, and deliver value for money.
The closing date for submissions is Monday 27 July 2026 at 01:00 am E. South America Standard Time.
The customer will pay each correctly rendered tax invoice within 30 days of receipt, except where a government policy applies which prescribes a different payment period.
The supplier warrants that all representations, warranties, declarations, statements, information and documents made or provided by the supplier are complete, accurate, up to date and not misleading in any way.
The supplier warrants that it has the necessary skills and expertise to properly perform the contract, and all its personnel performing duties are competent and have the necessary skills and expertise.
If the supplier fails to comply with its obligations, the customer may have the goods supplied or services performed by others, and the supplier must pay to the customer on demand any costs incurred by the customer in doing so.
Supplier query cutoff is Monday 27 July 2026 01:00 am E. South America Standard Time.
The customer may terminate the contract if the supplier has breached any warranty, if a conflict of interest exists and is not resolved, if the supplier ceases business or indicates unwillingness to complete the contract, or if the supplier breaches the contract and does not remedy it.
