The other evaluation criteria that will be used to evaluate offers are: demonstrated relevant experience, availability and approach to deliver the scope, and value for money.
Mandatory criteria include: compliance with insurance requirements, compliance with conditions of contract, compliance with the Queensland Government Supplier Code of Conduct, Bachelor of Engineering Civil (Washington Accord accredited or equivalent), Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ), minimum ten years experience delivering transport infrastructure projects, minimum five years experience in delivering projects under disaster recovery funding arrangements (DRFA), motor vehicle requirements as per request for quote, and key personnel rate not exceeding $200 per hour ex GST.

Failure to comply with all the requirements of the request for quote may result in an offer being considered nonconforming. Breach of warranty may lead to disqualification from the RFQ process or termination of the contract.
