The goal is to improve the accuracy and timeliness of dwelling completions data for Queensland's housing supply initiatives. The project involves understanding certification frameworks, stakeholder engagement, project management, feasibility assessment, and documentation. Offers must be submitted via VendorPanel by 09 June 2026, 13:00 hrs. Evaluation criteria include purposeful public procurement, capability, timeframes, methodology, and price. The contract duration is intended to be 12 months with a 6-month extension option.

Customers standard payment terms are 30 days, unless the supplier is a small business registered with the on time payment small business register, in which case payment terms are 20 days.

Offers will be evaluated based on: purposeful public procurement, capability and experience, ability to meet timeframes, methodology, and price.
