The project involves understanding certification frameworks, stakeholder engagement, project management, feasibility assessment, and documentation. Offers must be submitted via VendorPanel by 09 June 2026, 13:00 hrs. Evaluation criteria include purposeful public procurement, capability, timeframes, methodology, and price. The contract duration is intended to be 12 months with a 6-month extension option.

Customers standard payment terms are 30 days, unless the supplier is a small business registered with the on time payment small business register, in which case payment terms are 20 days.
