The tender response closing time and date is 2:00 PM on Thursday, 30 April 2026.

Tender responses will be evaluated by the tender evaluation panel against the evaluation criteria including financial benefit to council (30%), capability (20%), financial benefit to community (5%), environmental sustainability (5%), social sustainability (5%), and aboriginal and torres strait islander people (5%).

Tenderers are required to meet mandatory criteria including compliance with relevant OHS legislation, standards, and council policies, and evidence of specific insurance policies: public and products liability (minimum $20 million), professional indemnity liability (minimum $10 million), and WorkCover.

Each tenderer must, prior to submitting its tender, become acquainted with the nature and extent of the services to be undertaken, and make all necessary examinations, investigations, inspections, and deductions.

The supplier query cutoff date is Thursday, 23 April 2026, 1:00 AM E. South America Standard Time.

The tender closing date is Friday, 1 May 2026, at 2:00 PM. Tenders must be received no later than this time or date.

The bid notice states In submitting a tender, the tenderer warrants that it has carried out all relevant investigations. . . and has examined and acquainted itself with and satisfied itself concerning. . . the appropriateness and sufficiency of the tender price offered by the tenderer in its tender to perform the services.
