The tenderer's financial capability, operational capability, experience, track record, and compliance with requirements will be evaluated.
An optional briefing and/or inspection is available upon request, with arrangements to be made with the contact officer by Friday, July 3, 2026.
The performance of product samples submitted for testing by the tenderer at Queensland Rail's request will be considered in the evaluation.
Tenderers may request feedback for up to ten business days after notification of the outcome.
Failure to comply with communication protocols during the tender period may result in investigation and disqualification. Submitting late tenders may also lead to rejection.
