The Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) is seeking experienced project management resources, including Senior Project Managers and Project Managers, to assist in the delivery of the Wave Rail Program. Key requirements include site-based delivery experience and experience on major infrastructure projects. Suppliers must submit offers electronically via VendorPanel. The offer validity period is a minimum of 240 days. All clarifications or questions must be communicated in writing to the designated contact person through the VendorPanel portal within specified timeframes. Complaints can be directed to the Chief Procurement Officer if unresolved with the contact person. Personal information collected will be used for administering the invitation process and contracts, and may be shared with Queensland Government agencies. Suppliers must comply with all laws, including anti-competitive conduct and conflict of interest provisions. Access to supplier premises and documentation may be required for verification purposes.
The closing date for offers is Tuesday, 26 May 2026, at 01:00 am E. South America Standard Time.
The supplier warrants that neither it, nor its personnel have engaged in, or will engage in, any collusive, anti-competitive or similar conduct, and that neither it nor its personnel have or are likely to have a conflict of interest, except as disclosed in the offer.
Evaluation criteria include capability, experience and availability; methodology; purposeful public procurement outcomes (local benefits, SME participation); and cost and value for money.
Suppliers must demonstrate proven experience in successful delivery of projects in the rail industry, or ability to obtain within 2 months of appointment, a valid construction white card suitable for works in Queensland, and relevant professional qualifications such as a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field, or demonstrable experience in a similar field.
The customer may request some or all suppliers to conduct site visits, provide references and additional information, and/or make themselves available for panel interviews.
Supplier query cutoff is Wednesday, 20 May 2026, at 01:00 am E. South America Standard Time.
The customer may, in its absolute discretion, immediately disqualify a supplier from the invitation process, or terminate the contract, where it believes the supplier has breached any warranty.
