The delivery target for the fluorescent activated cell sorter is July-August 2026.

All whole of life support provided warranties and service or maintenance programs must be provided.

The evaluation will include a review of the equipment purchase agreement and any departures from the standard agreement.

All components proposed in the offer should hold ARTG certification. All relevant products and processes proposed in the offer must comply with ISO: **** and ISO: ****, certification to be provided. The products proposed in the offer must meet the NIOSH definition of a CSTD. Each component must have traceable UDI aligning to GS1 standards. Sterile components are to be supplied in uncompromised sterile packaging. Provide evidence of microbial barrier/sterility maintenance for 7 days or more under defined storage conditions and access frequency, when a vial adaptor remains in place. Evidence of conforming insurance documentation. Compliance with Queensland Government supplier code of conduct. Respond to all applicable sections of Part C ITO response schedules and attachments. Operable with personal protective equipment (double gloves in biological safety cabinet/isolator and at bedside, including footprint, dexterity and wipe down).

Any suppliers response that has demonstrated a failure in capability or capacity to meet the customers requirements for any evaluation criterion, may be considered a nonconforming offer. Failure to comply with addenda requirements may result in the suppliers offer being excluded from further consideration.

Submissions must be lodged electronically by 4:00 PM on Monday, 8 June 2026.

Suppliers warrant that their submissions are complete, accurate, up-to-date, and not misleading. The customer may disqualify a supplier for breaching any warranty.

Suppliers must provide details of their system's compatibility, current use in an Australian hospital for at least 12 months, and service capability including engineers and parts availability.

The customer may request some or all suppliers to conduct site visits as part of the RFI process.

A supplier may be disqualified for failing to comply with RFI conditions or breaching any warranty, such as providing inaccurate information or engaging in anticompetitive conduct.

The agreement includes provisions for response to warranty claims as a Key Performance Indicator.

The tenderer must demonstrate capability to inspect, maintain, and assess complex wet and dry fire systems, including fire engineering and alternative solutions, and assess system performance, integrity, and operational readiness. Evidence of compliance with AS ****, NCC, Queensland building fire safety regulations, and all other applicable legislation and standards is required, along with identification of non-compliances, defects, and corrective actions. Evaluation of preventative maintenance planning and execution, analysis of fault trends, and proactive risk reduction activities are also key.
