The Powerhouse Parramatta opening festival is scheduled for 2026, and the 12-month opening program will run through 2027. The contract term is for one year, from July 2026 to July 2027, with an option to extend for one additional 12-month period.

Respondents are required to provide individual details including ABN and key contact person, an overview or examples demonstrating a proven track record in advisory services for a project of similar scope, scale, and complexity, a CV or biography outlining relevant experience, a statement outlining their approach to ensuring the project scope will be achieved, and at least two written industry references.
