Queensland Health is seeking applications from suppliers to register for the Preferred Supplier Panel for grocery, dairy, and beverage products. This is an ongoing application process. Suppliers who have previously applied do not need to reapply. The panel covers a wide range of products including dry goods, frozen goods, dairy, and beverages, with specific exclusions for fresh food and therapeutic diet products. Applications are accepted at any time.
The bid notice does not specify a delivery deadline for the products, as it is a registration for a preferred supplier panel. The closing date for applications is Sunday 31 January 2027 at 04:00 am E. South America Standard Time.
The supplier warrants that it will comply with the Queensland Government's Supplier Code of Conduct and Ethical Supplier Threshold, and where applicable, the Best Practice Principles during their PSP registration term.
Suppliers must acknowledge that the principal may accept or reject their application during the application validity period and that the principal will rely on the information provided in the application, including warranties and declarations, when deciding whether to accept or reject the application.
The supplier query cutoff date is Sunday 31 January 2027 at 04:00 am E. South America Standard Time.
The principal may disqualify a supplier from the invitation process, or suspend or cancel the supplier's registration, if any of the information in the supplier's application is incomplete, inaccurate, out of date, or misleading in any way.
