Mountain Tenders

The principal may take into consideration not only price but also other factors affecting value for money, including but not limited to: previous performance including work health and safety performance, environmental management performance, workplace and industrial relations performance and community relations management performance capability including ability to meet requirements of the supplier code of conduct, relevant experience, quality management capability and organisational, technical, financial and resource capability and capacity and initiatives including whole of life costs, quality offered, delivery time, innovation, sustainability, conformity to rft requirements and value adding including economic, social and environmental initiatives.

Tenderers must demonstrate their capacity to manage work, health and safety whs in accordance with the nsw government work health and safety whs management guidelines for construction procurement edition 6 whsm guidelines.

A nonmandatory pretender meeting will be held on the date, at the time and at the place nominated in the tender advertisement or invitation.

A tender will not be accepted from a tenderer that does not have a corporate whs management system acceptable to the principal in accordance with the whsm guidelines.

Tenders will be assessed on the basis of best value for money, which includes consideration of the tender price and the integrity of its structure after application of applicable government purchasing policies.

To be eligible, tenderers must have an accredited WHS management system if applicable and comply with the NSW Government Code of Practice.

Sanctions for noncompliance with the NSW Code and Guidelines may include a formal warning that a further breach will lead to severe sanctions.

Tenders may be regarded as nonconforming if the declaration of compliance with the building code is not completed.

Tenders must be submitted electronically using the principal's nominated electronic tendering system: VendorPanel. Electronic lodgement must be fully complete by the nominated time for the close of tenders, which is Sunday 16 August 2026 11:00 PM E. South America Standard Time.

Tenders will be evaluated using a weighted scoring process based on information provided with the tender. The principal may take into consideration not only price but also other factors affecting value for money, including previous performance, capability, and initiatives.

Tenderers must demonstrate capacity in quality management, work health and safety management, and environmental management in accordance with NSW government guidelines. Financial assessment will also be conducted.

A non-mandatory pre-tender meeting will be held on Wednesday 29 July 2026 at 10:00 AM local time at the project site, Big Jack Mountain Road. PPE is required for all attendees.

Supplier query cutoff is Wednesday 12 August 2026 11:00 PM E. South America Standard Time.

A tender will not be accepted from a tenderer that does not provide completed schedules for compliance with NSW supplier code and industrial relations guidelines, or for dealing with modern slavery. Late tenders will not be accepted unless specific conditions are met.
