Payments are made in milestones: payment milestones payments **** january 2027 june 2027 90, 000 **** july 2027 june 2028 148, 000 **** july 2028 dec 2028 58, 000. Council pays invoices within 30 days of receipt.
The contractor warrants that where within 12 months of the completion of the service, any defect arises other than from reasonable fair wear and tear. . . the contractor shall promptly upon receipt of written notice thereof from the council, at its own cost rectify the defect.

Tenderers must be suitably qualified and experienced contractors and provide all licences, qualifications, insurances and documentation requested by council. Financial viability assessment may be required.
