Tenders will be evaluated based on corporate capacity, project experience, construction program and plans, environment sustainability and innovation, contractor local content, local preference, and price. enders will be assessed according to the following: criteria weighting corporate capacity schedule 4: 10 corporate financial capacity: as a minimum, the tenderer must supply a third party statement of the companys financial security quality, safety and environmental management systems: the tenderer must provide details of their quality safety and environmental management plans associated with the tender current contractual commitments: the tenderer must provide a schedule of current contractual commitments project experience schedule 4: 15 evidence of demonstrated ability to perform the work, including details of qbcc licensing, registration and accreditation if applicable project personnel the tenderer must provide detailed curriculum vitae and references of the project personnel to be involved in the construction project list of similar projects over the last three 3 years and three references including telephone contact details. construction program and plans schedule 4: 10 construction period the tenderer must provide details of its proposed construction period provide a detailed proposed programmingstaging of the works provide a detailed proposed site management plan. environment, sustainability and innovation schedule 4: 10 demonstrate how the product, service or project supports councils sustainable procurement requirements including consideration of: life cycle ownership costs including costs associated with acquiring, using, caring for and disposing of physical assets greenhouse gas emissions and any relevant offsets any energy water waste efficiencies circular economy product stewardship product specifications such as recycled content, waste avoidancereuserecycling and any available takeback schemes and environmental protection measures. identify any innovative technologies, processes, practices or products which offer value for money whilst generating benefits for the community, environment and economy. contractor local content schedule 5 10 local preference schedule 6: 12 price schedule 3: 337.
