Swan Hill Rural City Council is seeking tenders for the reconstruction of the Lake Boga Netball Courts. The project involves full removal and reconstruction of both courts, including pavement renewal, installation of a compliant acrylic playing surface, updated line marking, and improvements to runoff zones and umpire areas. Tenders close on Monday, 15 June 2026, at 2:00 PM. An optional site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, 3 June 2026, at 10:00 AM. The contract period is expected to be from mid to late September 2026 to February 2027. Tenders will be evaluated based on price (30%), compliance with specification (20%), capability (10%), capacity (10%), methodology (20%), social and economic benefit (5%), and environmental benefit (5%). The principal will award the tender by applying best value.
Respondents must meet mandatory compliance criteria related to OHS and risk management systems, and insurance. They must also demonstrate they are suitably qualified and experienced contractors.
An optional site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, 3 June 2026, at 10:00 AM. Registration is required by Tuesday, 2 June, via email to tenders@swanhill. vic. gov. au.
Complaints must be notified to the tender officer, who must respond within 14 days. Dissatisfied tenderers can request a conferral with the principal within 28 days of receiving the response.
Tenders may be rejected if not received by the closing time, do not comply with tender documents, or seek to include the tenderer's own conditions. Failure to submit required additional information or attend discussions may also lead to disqualification.
