This is a 36-month panel contract for building repairs and maintenance of government buildings in the Tennant Creek region. The scope covers general building fabric repairs. Tenders must be lodged electronically or via fax by Monday, 21 September 2026, 2:00 pm ACST. Shortlisting is based on completeness, local content, past performance, risk, and price. The Indigenous Development Plan must be submitted within 14 days of contract award. Payment is certified upon satisfactory completion, with invoices lodged within 14 working days.
