The Department of Natural Resources and Environment Tasmania is seeking quotations for the supply of fire medical assessment services for PWS fire management personnel. The contract is a standing offer arrangement for the period from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2029. The closing date for lodging a quotation is November 11, 2025, at 5:00 PM Hobart time. The evaluation criteria include clinical and technical capability, service delivery model, governance, risk, price, and economic and social benefits. The contract sum for services is calculated based on the number of medical assessments completed. The supplier must provide public liability and professional indemnity insurance. Unsuccessful suppliers are encouraged to request a debriefing. The supply of dumped goods is unacceptable.
The service period applicable to the supply of the services is: July 1st 2026 June 30th 2029.
The supplier must invoice the principal, not later than 10 business days after the end of each billing period, the contract sum for services performed by the supplier, pursuant to an official order and in accordance with the contract, during that billing period.
The evaluation criteria applicable to the evaluation of quotations are: clinical and technical capability, service delivery model and geographic coverage, governance including privacy and quality control, risk, price, and economic and social benefits.
The department is seeking quotations from suitably qualified and experienced providers for the supply of fire medical assessment services.
It is not intended to hold any prequotation briefing session.
It is anticipated that between **** medical assessments will be undertaken each year of the contract period.
