The tender is for the

The tender must satisfy minimum form and content requirements, including completion of specified schedules (project understanding, workload, previous performance, program, indigenous procurement, commonwealth procurement rules compliance, financial, alternative proposals, miscellaneous matters for evaluation, statement of tax record, WHS accreditation scheme accreditation, environmentally sustainable procurement, Australian skills guarantee). The tender will be evaluated based on various criteria, including project understanding, workload, resources, previous performance, program, indigenous procurement policy, commonwealth procurement rules compliance, financial viability, alternative proposals, miscellaneous matters, environmental sustainability, and Australian skills guarantee. Additional information documents may be issued by the tender administrator prior to the ATM close date and time. The tenderer must comply with the disclaimer and confidentiality agreement. The tenderer must ensure that its tender is not prepared by any officer, employee, agent or adviser of the tenderer who was an employee of the Department of Defence, or involved in any capacity in the planning or performance of the contractors activities, the works or the project, at any time during the 12 months immediately preceding the date on which the tender documents were issued to the tenderer. The tenderer must not place itself, and must ensure that its officers, employees, agents and advisers do not place themselves, in a position that may or does give rise to an actual, potential or perceived conflict of interest between the interests of the commonwealth and the tenderer. The tenderer must comply with all relevant commonwealth policies and requirements, including indigenous procurement policy, WHS accreditation scheme, and environmentally sustainable procurement. The tenderer must provide details of its financial viability, including financial reports, accounts, and records. The tenderer must also comply with the Australian privacy principles. The tenderer must complete and lodge the tender form and all required schedules in separate, standalone, unsecured, electronic files in the specified format. The tenderer must ensure that all prices are in Australian dollars and that the tender is in A4 and portrait format.
