This is an open tender for the provision of nuclear medicine manufacturing facility process design and design integration (PDDI) services, and nuclear medicine manufacturing facility process design peer review (PDPR) services by the Australian Nuclear Science and Technology Organisation (ANSTO). Suppliers must have prior experience as a process engineer or architect on nuclear or pharmaceutical manufacturing projects valued over AUD 150 million in the last five years. Suppliers can offer for PDDI, PDPR, or both. Joint ventures are not permitted. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is required to access sensitive information. The evaluation criteria include organizational experience and capability (30%), resourcing (35%), and scope appreciation and methodology (35%). Unweighted criteria include engagement risks, insurance coverage, cybersecurity, safety, quality, environmental management systems, ethical conduct, conflict of interest, benefits to the Australian economy, and pricing.
Suppliers must have acted in a process engineer and/or process architect role on a nuclear and/or pharmaceutical manufacturing project with a declared project value greater than 150m AUD within the last five 5 years. Credentials from parties subcontracting to the tenderer will not be accepted. Suppliers must submit at least one offer for either the PDDI or PDPR services, or both. The supplier must not be a joint venture.
