The supplier warrants that all ICT professional services performed will be carried out with due care, skill and diligence by appropriately qualified and experienced personnel and in accordance with generally accepted industry standards and good practice. The warranty period for deliverables provided under the ICT professional services will be ninety 90 days from the date of delivery or acceptance by MIWB, whichever occurs later.
Suppliers must be capable of providing a combination of remote support and onsite services, including attendance at MIWB sites in Mount Isa and surrounding areas as required. This request is intended for suppliers with demonstrated experience in SCADA systems, industrial automation, and operational technology environments, particularly within utilities or critical infrastructure sectors.
Where the supplier fails to meet the service levels applicable to the software support services, service credits may apply in accordance with Schedule 8 Service Levels.
