Attendance Tenders

A non mandatory site inspection will be held at ashby operations centre, 9: 30 - 10: 30 am wst on wednesday 19 august 2026.

The deadline for the lodgement of tenders is 2:00pm Wednesday 12 August 2026.

Council will accept the tender which, having regard to all the circumstances appears to be the most advantageous.

Tenderers must be a legal entity with an ABN and registered for GST purposes.

There is a mandatory pre-lodgment site meeting at 11:00 am on Wednesday, 22 July 2026.

The tender will be accepted based on what appears to be the most advantageous, considering factors such as modern slavery compliance, whole of life costs, innovation, delivery time, quality, experience, and conformity with conditions.

Tenderers must be suitably experienced and qualified to deliver the demolition of Warroo Bridge.

Unsuccessful tenderers are not entitled to request reasons for the choice of successful tenderers or challenge the determination made by council.

Tenderers may be disqualified for canvassing officials, attempting to influence the outcome of the tender process, or engaging in non-collusion practices.

The closing date for submissions is Friday 4 September 2026, at 04:00 PM Hobart time.

An industry briefing session will be held on Monday 10 August 2026 at The Silverdome (11:00 AM - 12:30 PM) and UTAS Stadium (1:00 PM - 2:30 PM). Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the session start time. Pre-registration is required by 7 August 2026.
