The date for practical completion of this subcontract works is 31st December 2026.

The basis of payment for these works is a schedule of rates. All items will be measured and paid in accordance with the contract documentation and MRTS specifications. Progress claims must be submitted to the main contractors representative for review and approval at least 5 business days prior to the end of the month.

Tenders received will be evaluated against the following criteria: Price, Response on expected ability to meet delivery timeframes, Resources brief demonstrating plant capacity and crew capability, and Information demonstrating past experience on similar projects.

Tenderers are required to provide a works specific safety management plan (SMP) with details on how their works will be undertaken safely and in accordance with the Work Health and Safety (WHS) Act **** and Work Health and Safety Regulation ****. Tenderers are required to provide safe work method statements along with detailed work methodology procedures and task specific risk assessments on how they plan to execute the works. Tenderers must include experience and qualifications of their personnel who will perform the services. Tenderers must include with their tender, details of the proposed plant and equipment to be used on site, considering the requirements of the specification annexures.

Failure to provide any of the mandatory submission documents may lead to poor performance against one or more of these criteria and impact on the selection of successful tenderer.
