Consultants are sought to provide feasibility, optimisation, and detailed scope of works/specifications for battery installations at 6 locations. The award will be based on value for money (35%), capability and capacity (20%), project methodology and program (20%), environmental and sustainable management (10%), work health and safety (5%), critical assumptions (5%), innovations (5%), and insurance (implied). Council is obliged to accept the quote that appears most advantageous.
Respondents must be appropriately qualified consultants. They need to provide details of their management project team, including experience in similar activities, key personnel roles, technical experience, qualifications, and organizational structure. Resumes of no more than 2 pages per resume are required for the proposed team.
