The exhibition is scheduled to take place from Monday, 15 March to Wednesday, 14 April 2027, inclusive.

The standard terms are 30 days.

Responses will be assessed against criteria including demonstrated experience, capability and reliability, quality, durability, suitability, and price.

Responses must be submitted by a legal entity with capacity to enter a binding agreement and must have an Australian Business Number and be registered for GST.

Destination NSW may invite respondents to an interview process, ask them to make personal presentations, or conduct site inspections regarding its response.

The contractor is to provide recommendations and samples options that meet the following indicative requirements.

Requests for clarification must be received by 3:00pm, Monday, 14 September 2026 via email to the contact officer.

Responses may be excluded if noncompliant, failing to meet evaluation criteria by scoring below 50%, or if they present an operational, financial, reputational, legal, or WHS risk.
