Services not performed must not be charged, and the principal will deduct the value pro rata from the invoice. Services that are not performed must not be charged by the contractor and if they are charged the principal will not be liable to pay, and will deduct from the invoice, the value of the services, calculated on a pro rata basis.

Site inspection attendance is mandatory. each tenderer or their representative must report to the person conducting the site inspection to record their attendance.

Failure to attend the mandatory site inspection may deem a tenderer inadmissible. Tenderers who fail to attend and report to the principals representative may be deemed inadmissible for assessment.
