The contract specifies monthly progress claims, with payment due within the payment period after the superintendent issues a progress certificate. Liquidated damages are set at $500 per day for delays to practical completion.

A mandatory onsite briefing and inspection will be held on Great Palm Island on Wednesday, 3 June 2026, at 10:30 am.
