This tender is for the development of three contamination management plans (PFAS, TRH, and Asbestos) for Jabiru town. The plans must integrate existing environmental data, align with remediation commitments, and include a comprehensive risk assessment. Key deliverables include draft plans by 11/09/2026 and final plans by 27/11/2026. Suppliers must be registered with an ABN or ACN, hold relevant insurance, and submit tenders by the closing date of 24/04/2026. The contract will incorporate the Commonwealth Contract Terms, which are non-negotiable.
The draft plans are to be submitted by 11 September 2026, and the final plans are to be submitted by 27 November 2026.
The customer must pay the amount of a correctly rendered invoice to the supplier within thirty (30) calendar days after receiving it, or if this day is not a business day, on the next business day.
The tender assessment panel will undertake a detailed evaluation of each tender against the scored evaluation criteria, which are weighted. The criteria include contract delivery (50%), experience (25%), specified personnel (15%), and pricing and payment arrangements (10%).
Potential suppliers are required to comply with all requirements set out in the Commonwealth Approach to Market Terms. They must be a company or legal entity registered with an ABN or ACN, and hold and maintain professional indemnity, workers compensation, and public liability insurance.
Unless otherwise notified by an addendum, there are no site inspections for this Approach to Market.
Questions will be permitted up until 5:00 PM Thursday, 02 April 2026, NT local time.
The customer will exclude from participation any potential supplier that does not demonstrate compliance with the conditions for participation, including submitting tender documents by closing time and holding required insurance.
