Council is seeking a contractor to collect and process concrete, bricks, tile, asphalt, and plasterboard from the BRRC for beneficial reuse. The contractor will provide skip bins (preferred size 10m3) for collection and transport material to a licensed recycling facility on an as-needs basis. The contract term is 2 years with a 1-year renewal option. The buyer's contact details are hidden. The service is for waste management and landfill categories within New South Wales.

The contractor is to submit a monthly invoice within 7 days of the end of the month. Payment will be made in accordance with the contract terms, subject to an early settlement discount if applicable (not applicable in this case).
The contractor warrants that it has the necessary skills, experience, qualifications, resources, capacity, and know-how to provide the goods and/or services in accordance with the contract, and that any goods will be of acceptable quality and fit for any purpose specified in writing in the tender documentation.
The contractor must ensure its personnel are suitably qualified to provide the goods and/or services and allocate sufficient personnel and resources.
If the contractor fails to rectify serious breaches within 30 days of receiving a notice, the principal may terminate the contract. Failure to insure can result in the principal withholding payment.
The principal or its duly authorised representatives will have the right to enter upon the premises of the contractor to inspect the circumstances of the supply of the goods and/or services after giving reasonable notice.
Supplier queries must be submitted by Monday, 15 June 2026, at 01:00 AM E. South America Standard Time.
The principal may terminate the contract if the contractor is convicted of any offence relevant to its obligations, fails to provide services within the agreed timeframe, fails to rectify serious breaches, assigns rights or subcontractors without consent, or becomes bankrupt or goes into liquidation.
