Responses will be assessed against evaluation criteria, but the principal may consider any relevant information, including past performance and subjective opinions. The principal is not bound to accept the response with the highest score.
Respondents must warrant that they hold and are compliant with all necessary competencies, licenses, accreditations, certifications, permits, clearances, and other authorisations required for the scope of work. They must also not be excluded from submitting a tender under any applicable government scheme.
Attendance at briefings or site inspections may be mandatory or encouraged, as identified in the general information. Respondents must confirm attendance and adhere to safety requirements.
Supplier queries must be submitted by Monday, 27 July 2026, 02:00 AM E. South America Standard Time.
The principal may exclude a response if the respondent has failed to comply with procurement process conditions, breached a warranty, or cannot reasonably comply with contractual obligations. Nonconforming or late responses may also be excluded.
