This is a Request for Tenders (RFT) for minor physical works and services, specifically concrete construction works on Maitland Bay Drive. The scope includes forming, reinforcing, and pouring shared paths, kerb ramps, barrier footings, roundabouts, concrete islands, and medians. The contract is based on a schedule of rates. Tenderers must comply with the NSW Government Supplier Code of Conduct and NSW Industrial Relations Guidelines. Tenders will be assessed on the basis of best value for money, including consideration of tender price, integrity of its structure, individual rates and prices, financial position, quality system documentation, experience, suitability of proposed personnel, plant, equipment and subcontractors, proposals for management of safety, chain of responsibility, workplace relations, environmental protection and community relations, claims history, record of compliance with the NSW Code and Guidelines, and records of performance from other NSW government agencies.
To be eligible to tender, you must have an accredited WHS management system if applicable, attend any pre-tender meeting and/or site inspection held by TFNsw, and demonstrate commitment and capacity to plan and facilitate Aboriginal participation and comply with the Australian Government Work Health and Safety Accreditation Scheme.
Inspection of site is not required for this tender.
