Liquidated damages apply at a rate of $407 per day for separable portion 1 and $407 per day for separable portion 2.

Disqualification may occur for engaging in collusion, anti-competitive conduct, unauthorized communication, or failing to comply with mandatory participation criteria.

The principal will award the tender on the basis of the best quality and value for money for the community. The tender evaluation criteria are: Mandatory WHS, Insurance requirements, Price (50%), Resources and relevant experience (20%), Project methodology (20%), Local content (10%).

The tender of any tenderer which engages in canvassing (approaching council staff or councillors to solicit support or influence the outcome) may not be considered by the principal.
