Coliban Water is seeking to establish a panel arrangement for Natural Resource Management (NRM) services, including vegetation management and pest plant control, across its catchment. Tenderers must meet mandatory evaluation criteria including Occupational Health and Safety management, insurance currency, licence and accreditation, and attendance at the tender briefing and site visit. Specific evaluation criteria include relevant experience and past performance, technical skills and equipment, management skills, methodology, social procurement framework commitments, and local benefit to the Coliban Water region.
Site visits are mandatory for consideration of bids for specific panels. Briefing sessions will occur concurrently with site visits on April 8th and 9th, 2026. Registration for site visits closes on April 1st, 2026.
