The Water Services Association of Australia (WSAA) is seeking expressions of interest for a modern slavery software platform. The response to this EOI is due by Tuesday 17 February 2026. Submissions must be delivered by email to the WSAA project coordinator no later than 2 pm, on Tuesday 17 February 2026. The decision on next steps is expected to then be made by mid-April 2026. The EOI includes requirements for the platform, including supplier risk assessment, data collection, compliance reporting, risk mitigation, governance, security, and integration. The evaluation criteria include the ability to develop and manage best practice solutions, provide a competitive proposal, demonstrate an understanding of the services required, and comply with the proposal document.
The response to this EOI is due by Tuesday 17 February 2026.
A proposal will be evaluated relative to WSAA's confidence in the respondents ability to: develop and manage best practice solutions, provide a competitive and commercially acceptable proposal, demonstrate an understanding of the services required, detail and demonstrate recent relevant experience in providing services of a similar nature, provide resources to the project as described by this brief, provide references from organisations for whom the services have been provided, including contact names and telephone numbers, comply with this proposal document and comply with the requirements of section 3, provide a solution that meets the requirements set out in appendix b.
Each submission should also include the following information: the EOI form appendix 1 duly completed and signed by an officer duly authorised to sign on behalf of the respondent, company details including legal name, trading name, address, ABN and contact details, the names of key contact personnel, details of all fees as outlined, experience relative to the project services, declaration of any conflict of interest and how any conflict of interest may be managed, details of public liability, professional indemnity, cyber risk insurances arrangements, details of your company's ability to meet the scope of requirements at appendix b, details of your company's standard terms and conditions, details of how your software uses AI, including how you keep it secure and accurate, an outline of the expected implementation time, including what tasks and activities are likely to be required, and any other relevant information.
