Tenders will be evaluated based on mandatory criteria, technical criteria, and value for money. council intends to select tenderers that based on their responses and the evidence provided represent the best value for money to council.

Tenderers must be experienced and qualified operators. Mandatory criteria include fully completed tender forms, public liability insurance of at least $20,000,000, workers compensation, and a food safety plan. Minimum experience requirements vary by separable portion (5 years for LEC, 3 years for Limelight Café and Basement Café).

A site visit is scheduled for Friday, 10 July 2026, at 3:15 PM at the Logan Entertainment Centre.
