Logan City Council is seeking experienced operators for food and beverage services at the Logan Entertainment Centre, Limelight Café, and Basement Café. Tenders will be evaluated based on mandatory criteria, technical criteria, and value for money. Council may give preference to tenderers that provide a direct benefit in achieving positive local and social outcomes for the City of Logan where value for money outcomes are equal.
Tenderers are expected to be experienced and qualified operators. Specific mandatory criteria include fully completed tender forms, public liability insurance of at least $20,000,****, workers compensation insurance, an RMLV approved manager, a food safety plan, and previous experience (minimum 5 years for Portion 1, 3 years for Portions 2 & 3).

Failure to lodge the tender in accordance with the tender conditions may result in a non-conforming offer. Tenders that do not satisfy mandatory criteria will be eliminated. Council may exclude tenderers who do not adequately satisfy final work health and safety reviews, performance verifications, and financial assessments.
