The City of Greater Bendigo is seeking to establish a panel of suppliers for audio-visual equipment and services for its events and meetings. Tenders can be submitted for one or more of the 7 key service areas. Tenders must be lodged electronically via the VendorPanel portal by Tuesday, 21 July 2026, 3 PM AEST. Late submissions will not be accepted. Tenderers must upload a fully completed Part 4 Response Schedule document; failure to do so will result in a non-conforming submission. Clarifications and questions must be submitted via the VendorPanel portal or in writing to the nominated contact officer at least 3 business days prior to the closing time. Evaluation criteria include capability, capacity, economic sustainability, environmental sustainability, social sustainability, and price/value.

Failure to attend a mandatory briefing session, submitting late tenders, failing to provide required information in the correct format, or engaging in canvassing or improper assistance may lead to disqualification. if a tenderer fails to attend a mandatory briefing session, the city may, unless there are extenuating circumstances, may disqualify the tenderer from further participating in the process.
