In assessing tenders, the council will have regard to, but not necessarily be limited to, insurance, compliance with work health and safety requirements, customer service experience and capacity, the tendered prices, including the proposed pricing structure, the level of risk associated with negotiation of an acceptable contract for services, environmental management systems if applicable, degree of compliance with the requirements set out in this RFT and the tender documents, and such other matters that council considers relevant.
Each tenderer must, if applicable, be licensed or registered to perform the services.
